Disclose DX isn’t your typical digital studio.
We blend strategy, creativity, and experimentation, and that’s what makes us different. This guide is here to show you how we work, what we expect, and how we collaborate. Design Process
Discovery
•
Kickoff starts with a call to get to know the client.
•
Gain an understanding of stakeholders goals.
•
Solidify expectations.
Design
•
Design work begins.
•
We usually need a week or two (7-14 days) to get ideas polished.
•
We’ll start with proof of concepts to determine art direction / look and feel.
•
When art direction is approved we’ll continue finalizing all designs.
Presentation
•
Typical projects include 1 or 2 directions.
•
We focus on quality over quantity.
•
Ideally we will share with all stakeholder at once.
•
PDF or JPGs will be shared after review.
Feedback & Revisions
•
Standard projects include two rounds of revisions.
•
Consolidated feedback should be provided within 48 hours of presentation.
•
When art direction is approved we’ll continue finalizing all designs.
File Handoff
•
Following incorporation of all feedback we deliver final files.
•
Final invoice will also be sent at this time.
Agreement
Disclose DX is a digital design studio creating unconventional websites, apps, and digital experiences.
We craft every project with custom graphics, photography, video, and animation, designed to stand out and built for impact.

Requirements
Communication
•
Available anytime during Melbourne Time Zone (AU).
•
1 weekly video meeting to follow the progress.
•
Slack is used as main communication tool.
Licensed font files
•
All fonts will be purchased by the client upon request of Disclose if they are not provided.
Photography
•
Photography is to be provided/purchased by the Client. Disclose will use FPO imagery and is not responsible for providing any photography to the Client. Disclose will provide assistance in selecting stock photography, however, we will charge a fee and sales tax listed in provision below.
Talent
•
All outside talent will be hired and paid for by the client.
•
Disclose assumes no financial liability for any outside talent.
Marketing spend
•
No marketing will be paid for.
Sales Tax/Fee
•
Sales tax of 10% and a finders fee of 25% will be added on assets purchased on behalf of the client.

Conditions
Ownership
•
All content becomes the exclusive property of the client only after final payment is received (100% of project costs).
•
In the event of termination before final payment Zajno will retain ownership of all assets created.
Credits
•
Permission to share the project on Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin throughout the design process including WIP.
•
Permission to list the project/mention the project/make a case study of the project on Zajno site after the official launch.
•
Credits for Disclose on Awwwards submission.
•
Credits for Disclose on FWA submission.
Rate
•
Daily rate $1850.
•
A 20% fee is added to the total if credits allocation is declined.
Payments
•
50% down payment to lock the time required for the project ahead of it’s start.
•
Billing every two weeks after until the end of the project.
•
Billing terms are Upon Receipt. If payments are not made within one week (7 days) of invoice work will stop on the project until payment is made. This will also affect the projected timeline. Disclose will not make up for lost time due to late payments.
•
All work outside the original scope of work will be billed at $175/hr and will require a change order.
