LiLAC Constructions is a Melbourne-based building company specializing in renovations, extensions, new homes, and interior design services for homeowners and developers. In a nutshell, LiLAC helps clients bring their ideas to life through quality design, solid construction, and personal service they can trust, with a particular strength in construction project management that coordinates every stage from planning and scheduling to working with subcontractors, suppliers, and interior designers. Led by Director Zac Porter and operating from their Tullamarine office, they serve clients across Melbourne with project budgets ranging from under $50K to $2M+, offering services including decking, renovations, extensions, new home builds, commercial projects, and interior design. Their approach prioritizes understanding client goals, lifestyle, and concerns before any plans are drawn or construction begins.
We worked with LiLAC Constructions to build their complete digital presence from the ground up, establishing them as a trusted partner in Melbourne's competitive residential building market. We began by understanding how to position a boutique builder against both large volume builders and unregulated contractors, finding the emotional connection between homeowner dreams and the trust required to transform their most valuable asset, and defining what makes LiLAC stand apart through their collaborative, client-focused approach and construction management expertise. From there, we designed and developed their website in Webflow, creating a sophisticated project showcase system with filterable portfolio by project type (extensions, renovations, rebuilds, decking), built an integrated multi-step enquiry form that qualifies leads while gathering project details, established a 6-stage process framework that communicates clarity and professionalism, and crafted brand messaging that feels personal and approachable rather than corporate or transactional. The result is a platform that attracts quality clients seeking a builder who listens first and builds second, positioning LiLAC as the thoughtful alternative to commodity construction.
